Sesame Dipping Sauce
A good compliment to grilled chicken on skewers or smaller breaded chicken pieces.

INGREDIENTS:
Elmira Breaded "Chicken First" Morsels
  • 1 ½ cups sesame seeds
  • 2 Tbsp mirin, or rice wine
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 3 tsp sugar
  • 1/3 cup chicken stock

DIRECTIONS:
Heat a non-stick pan and add the sesame seeds, shaking them over the heat until they turn a golden brown colour. Put them in a pestle with the rice wine and grind them to form a paste. Stir in the soy sauce, sugar, and cold chicken sock.
