
Garlic Pesto Mayonnaise:
Prepare Garlic Pesto Mayo in small bowl by mixing mayonnaise, pesto and garlic then set aside.
Prepare chicken according to directions. Sprinkle with salt. Toast cut side of buns, using a toaster oven or grill. Spread with Garlic Pesto Mayo; layer with lettuce, tomato, onion and chicken; place top of bun on top of chicken.
Try using other variations of vegetables and dressings. Also, for a lighter version use Elmira Poultry’s flavoured boneless breasts. For example, Honey Dijon, Lemon and Honey or Lemon and 4 Spice. Makes 4 servings.
