Elmira Poultry Chicken Strip BBQ Stir Fry

INGREDIENTS:
1½ cup Elmira Chicken Strips
  • 1 cup julienne red or yellow peppers
  • 1 cup julienne carrots
  • 1 cup thinly slice onions
  • 1 cup julienne apples
  • ¼ cup hickory flavoured barbeque sauce
  • ½ tsp minced ginger
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

DIRECTIONS:
In a non-stick skillet over med high heat combine onions, carrots, peppers, ginger sauté for 2 min.

Brush Chicken with BBQ sauce until well coated. Add chicken and continue to sauté for 3 minutes. Add apples and continue cooking until apples are hot (1 to 2 min).

Season with salt and pepper. Serve over rice.

Serves 4.
