8 Elmira Poultry Cajun Chicken Breasts

DIRECTIONS: |
In a small bowl soak the onion in the limejuice for 15 minutes. In
a dry skillet over high heat roast chilies/tomatoes and garlic.
Pulse in a food processor or blender for 15 seconds (sauce should be chunky). Add onion, cilantro, limejuice and shrimp season with salt and pepper. Serves 8. |
