Preheat oven to 400�F. Spread the tomato sauce over the surface of
the pizza crust. Scatter the chicken, onions, and roasted red
pepper strips over the surface of the pizza. Dollop pesto over
the top of the pizza and layer the bocconcini cheese evenly over
the pizza. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Place the pizza on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated
oven for 15 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the
toppings are hot. Remove from the oven; let rest for a few
minutes. Cut into 8 wedges and serve. |
