In a small bowl soak the onion in the limejuice for 15 minutes. In
a dry skillet over high heat roast chilies/tomatoes and garlic.
- 2 � 5 minutes for garlic
- 8 � 10 minutes for chilies
- 12 � 15 minutes for tomatoes
Pulse in a food processor or blender for 15 seconds (sauce
should be chunky).
Add onion, cilantro, limejuice and shrimp season with salt
and pepper.
