Prick sausages all over; place in microwaveable dish. Cover with
plastic wrap and microwave on medium high until thawed, about
3-5 minutes. Let cool and cut into quarters. One each of 8
metal skewers, alternately thread 4 bread cubes, 3 tomatoes and
2 sausage pieces. In small bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar,
oregano, salt and pepper; brush some over kabobs.
Place kabobs on greased grill over medium-high heat; brush
with some of the oil mixture. Close lid and cook, turning and
basting twice with remaining oil mixture, until sausage it
browned and bread is crisp, about 8 minutes. Serve sprinkled
with cheese.
