In bowl, toss together chicken, red pepper, celery and onions.
In another small bowl, stir together mayonnaise, coriander,
lemon juice, ginger, curry paste, cumin, salt and pepper.
Pour over chicken mixture and toss to combine.
This can be served on fancy crackers or cucumber slices as an
hors d�oeuvre, or as small party sandwiches. It can also be put
in small or large pitas for lunch or a snack. |
