• � cup plum jam
• 1 small onion, finely chopped
• 1 tbsp vegetable oil
• � tsp Worcestershire sauce or to taste
• 3 drop Tabasco or to taste
• 1 tbsp tamari
• juice of half a lime
• 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
• 1 � tsp Dijon mustard

Cook over medium heat for 2 to 5 minutes or until plum jam is melted and mixture has come to a boil.

Let cool.
