In a non-stick skillet over med high heat combine onions, carrots,
peppers, ginger saut� for 2 min. Brush Chicken with BBQ sauce
until well coated. Add chicken and continue to saut� for 3
minutes. Add apples and continue cooking until apples are hot (1
to 2 min).
Season with salt and pepper. Serve over rice.
