In a medium sized stock pot, saut� olive oil, onions and garlic
until onions are soft (2 � 3 minutes). Add peppers and
continue saut� for 2 minutes. Add Tomatoes, sugar and salt and
pepper. Simmer on low heat for 45 minutes and then add chicken -
continue for 20 minutes.
Serve over a long noodle like Fettuccine.
