Elmira Chicken Strip Salad
 

  
  INGREDIENTS:  
 
8 Elmira chicken strips

  • � cup blue cheese, crumbled
  • � cup sliced green grapes
  • � a ripe pear, thinly sliced
  • � roasted walnuts
  • 1 cup spring mix of lettuces or mesclun mix

VINAIGRETTE DRESSING:

  • � cup of maple syrup
  • � cup apple cider vinegar
  • � cup apple cider, unfiltered
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • � cup grape seed oil
 
DIRECTIONS:
 
Combine all ingredients over lettuce and pour the vinaigrette dressing over the salad.
