Recommended Usage Our new strips are ideal for school, health care and other high volume meal programs. Dark meat is added to each product to add flavour and allow for a more beneficial portion cost. Give them a try! Cooking Instructions Oven: Preheat to 425F, cook for 15 min (Burger & Nugget), 20 min for Strip or until cooked, turning once. Deep Fry: Deep fry at 375F for approximately 3 minutes (Burger & Finger), 2.5 minutes for Nugget, or until cooked. Poultry must reach a minimum internal temperature of 170°F (71°C).
